There are many ways one can participate to help raise awareness and to take action in order to be part of the solution to ensure wildlife conservation and combat wildlife crimes.

Become a Volunteer

Speak Out for animals is an all-volunteer animal organization that depends on individual animal lovers to care for and help spread the word on protection and preservation of wildlife in Zimbabwe. If you would like to do your part to save a life, contact admin@speakoutforanimals.org to find out more information. You must be 18 years or older in order to volunteer with us.




New Volunteers on the block

We are pleased to announce that as of February 2018 we have been joined by four more volunteers at SOFA.

Innocent Rupapa

I am a law student at the University of Zimbabwe. My interest in environmental law brought me to SOFA and I am enjoying the platform that SOFA is providing. Being able to stand up for animals has made me see life from a different angle. I intend to finish my studies and continue conserving through the legal system.


Linda Masudze

My name is Linda Masudze Iam a final law student at the University of Zimbabwe. I joined Speak Out For Animals simply for the law and the animals. I have continued to be part of this wonderful family up to now working as a committee member of the University Chapter. I also hold a post as the General Secretary of the Zimbabwe Law Students Association.


Loveness Macherera

Loveness Macherera Bsc Hons Animal and Wildlife sciences. An animal scientist from Midlands State University. I am dedicated to the preservation and conservation of wildlife. Iam passionate about research, wildlife management and rehabilitation.


Tafadzwa Makara

Tafadzwa Makara studying towards Bsc Social Ecology and environmental studies at Great Zimbabwe University. He is a neo change agent for Africa whose belief is deeply rooted in sustainable environment and wildlife conservation for Africa and Africa’s interests.

Prisca Daka holds a Bachelor of Laws Honors Degree from the University of Zimbabwe [2016]. She was awarded an Animal Law Certificate in June 2017. She has a keen interest in environmental law, conservation and animals. Volunteers as a Legal Officer for SOFA Zimbabwe.
